Biography
Paul co-founded Eventus after two decades at leading national firms, convinced that business succession deserved a dedicated corporate practice rather than being a sub-speciality. He advises founders, families and management teams through the most significant transactions in their lifetimes.
Paul has spent his career advising owners of substantial privately-held businesses — most often, families. His work spans trade sales, private equity, employee ownership trusts, management buy-outs/ins and often helps devise and structure transactions for owners when it is not apparent to owners that a transaction is available to them.
