Aiden Paterson

Aiden is an Associate at Eventus Law. Having previously worked alongside colleagues Paul Macdonald, Craig Ramsay and Donnie Munro at a leading national law firm, he joined Eventus to continue advising business owners, shareholders and management teams on a broad range of corporate matters.

His work includes share and asset sales, acquisitions, business succession planning, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructuring and general company law advice.

Aiden regularly supports founders and family-owned businesses through key stages of their business journey, from implementing succession plans to negotiating and completing company sales. He works closely with clients and their professional advisers to deliver practical, commercially focused advice and to help transactions progress efficiently from inception to completion.
